It's your call what you're willing to do. It's hard to judge risk with so many unknown variables. However, I'd hazard a guess that it's less risky to do "something bad" to bring A2 out than to send you diving blind into 2B.
It's horrible, but there's always the option for the worst reset on the planet (I'm talking about death here). That might happen to you either way. A dive into 2B gone bad, I don't know if an execution will reset security measures.

I know I brought up dying, but I've really had enough of that being the answer to things.
