The explosions are fun in fiction.

That fits. I guess.

Indecision. Check.
Worry. Check. (Modifier: Constant. Check.)
Exhaustion. Check.
I'm far from the only one like that naturally.

I am, as some people put it, "from scifi."
Humans are not the sole sentient species in the universe.
"Oooooooooooh."
I'm more 'what the fuck' over dragons being real than dragons as aliens.

Sharing memories is awkward af, but we talked about a lot more serious shit because of it. I can understand (if hate) that.
Taking them away? What does that accomplish?
Even if someone no longer remembers a traumatic experience, they still suffer consequences because of it. They lack context to understand why.

I'm not holding my breath.
